I'd vote for Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga battle theme, only shortened or remixed. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y4m7P_mTcLk
That one is OK but it's the same as Mario's Invincibility theme but 16-bit.
I just have to ask, why does it need to be changed?

If I do recall, that is Luigi's current Starman invincibility theme, according to JudgeSpear.

There isn't really anything wrong with Luigi's current theme and I know you can customise mp3's but I just think Luigi should have something different from SM64 or Yoshi's Island's theme as the SM64 theme is a remaster of the Yoshi's Island theme.
But it is the Main Developer's decision and I don't really mind what mp3 is used, I can always change it myself.
I don't see why Luigi needs a different invincibility theme than Mario. I know we all want to establish that Luigi isn't just a clone of Mario, but I personally think that's already been achieved. And to me some things need to remain common to both to affirm the fact, at least as far as I'm concerned, that they are a partnership, a brotherhood, a team. The Super Mario Bros. Anyway that's just how I feel about it. 
How about SML2 invincibility theme.
I agree that Luigi's current invincibility theme is fine as is.
Also, if you do want to replace his current theme, keep in mind that especially during forced Starman section it'll have to be loop-friendly. So something like the SML2 invincibility theme wouldn't really work right.

I think the current theme (Yoshi's Island) is both similar and different enough to be Luigi's theme.
